Get ready for your bikini with our 6 week fitness and diet programme
As bikini season draws closer, we could all do with a helping hand for getting beach-ready in time for summer. So to help show that bikini who’s boss, we’re bringing back Project Bikini to Get The Gloss to guide you on how to lose weight, look great and feel body-confident before your holiday.
Starting on the 5th of May and lasting for six weeks, the A-team of health, fitness and nutrition experts will bring you a selection of specially devised diet plans and exercise programmes for all the tools you’ll need to feel great from the inside out.

Look out for her top tips for healthy eating that’ll help motivate and inspire long after the six weeks is up, too.

Fitness-wise, we’ve enlisted the help of Christina Howells of bodybychristina.com (and personal trainer to Love magazine’s Katie Grand, Grazia’s Jane Bruton plus fashion and beauty editors from Vogue) and Charli Cohen (the personal trainer and fashion designer whose performance activewear range has been featured everywhere from Harper’s Bazaar to The New York Times), both of ThatGirlLondon.com. With their expertise we’ll be sharing a series of short, snappy, and most importantly fun video tutorials to ensure you get the most out of your gym workouts in the shortest time possible. Each video will feature a selection of cardiovascular workouts plus specific exercises to target the five common problem areas that we all struggle to shake off.
