Lottie London Stay Press’d Heart to Heart Stick on Nails, £6.95
"It doesn’t matter how you spend Valentine’s Day, as long as you have cute nails. Fact. These stick-on gel finish nails will have everyone questioning if you spent two hours in a nail tech's chair thanks to the flawless squareletto shape. Not to mention the Insta-worthy heart print design. The pack comes with a mixture of nail sizes and two methods to apply, vegan nail glue or adhesive pads. Both are super easy to use and can last up to 7 days wear, you can even re-use the nails too (I certainly do!)."
Psychic Sisters Rose and Lavender Mini Love Candle, £5.90
"Is it really V-day without some ambient lighting? Whether you’re going solo, with your significant other or chilling with pals, set the mood (and good vibes!) with this rose and lavender-infused organic and soy wax candle. Charged with Reiki for extra positivity, this relaxing scent is guaranteed to deliver some joyful affirmations and help cleanse the mind, body and soul. Aahh I feel relaxed already."
Della Pink Opal Heart Charm Drop Earrings, £15
"These engraved golden hoops are calling out to be added to everyone’s jewellery box. The drop-style earrings feature a pink heart opal charm and are the prettiest addition to any outfit. I’ve already added a pair for myself to my wishlist."
M&S Pink Pepper Eau de Toilette, £7.60
"You don’t have to splash some cash to treat yourself or a loved one to a really good perfume. This viral M&S bargain has been hailed as a dupe for Lancome’s La Vie Est Belle, £108 on TikTok. With sweet notes of patchouli, vanilla and amber musk I can see why this fresh and feel-good scent keeps selling out in stores and online. Be quick before it's gone again!"
Cosmic Dealer Peanut and Smoked Salt Chakra Chocolate, £3.29
"There’s no better pick-me-up than chocolate. So why not surprise someone with a letterbox treat this Valentine's and pop this small (yet oh-so-delicious) delight in the post-box inside your V-day card? These mini chocs from Parisian brand Cosmic Dealer just put the magic back into healthy chocolate. The raw vegan dark chocolate is made with nut and seed butter and contains only 2g of sugar (from dates) per serving. There are loads of flavours to choose from, my personal favourite is peanut butter and smoked salt (it’s like a good-for-you Reese’s Pieces!)."

Lush With Love Gift Set, £20
"When it comes to gift sets, Lush always blows me away. If you’re struggling with what to get your significant other you can’t go wrong with giving the gift of silky smooth skin. The ‘With Love’ gift set contains 3 of my all-time favourite products. Firstly we have the Tisty Tosty Bath Bomb, which fills your bath with rose buds and as soon as it hits the water the whole bathroom has an amazing floral scent. Follow up with the love shower gel and then show your skin some love with the dream cream body lotion, which is perfect before bed. Everything you need for a romantic night in."
Oakdenes Designs Personalised Couples Home Date Night Dispenser, £16
"My partner and I love gifting each other anything personalised, so when I came across this dispenser on Etsy I put it straight in my basket. I love the idea of not having to think about what to do on date nights, and also having a surprise for the both of us. The cute dispenser inspires romantic date nights whilst at home and each box includes 20 cosy dates from making cocktails and listening to music to a fondue dinner date (I hope ours comes with 5 of these!)."
Charlotte Tilbury Limited Edition Lunar New Year Lipstick, £29
"Being Taiwanese, Lunar New Year is such an important time of year for my family, so I love to see brands celebrating something different when it comes to seasonal gifting. The brands’ cult-favourite formulas come in beautiful red, plum-blossom packaging (red is a popular colour in Chinese culture bringing luck, joy and happiness). The matte revolution lipstick in blossom red is long-lasting and super hydrating which I don’t usually find in matte lipsticks. This shade will suit all skin tones as it’s not too overpowering, but still very bold and let’s be honest, who isn’t going to love a gift from Charlotte Tilbury for Valentines Day?"
Aspiga Love Bracelet, £25
"After spotting this gorgeous bracelet in our Editorial Director, Victoria's Christmas Gift Guide last year, I had the idea that I would not only celebrate Valentines’s Day with my partner but also with my girlfriends. Galentine’s Day is celebrated all year round in my friendship group as we love an excuse to appreciate each other. If you haven’t heard of Aspiga before, the brand is committed to sustainable and ethical fashion practices by doing right by our planet and people. The Aspiga Love bracelet features multicoloured tile-shaped beads and is understated and beautifully handmade by skilled artisans, a lovely gesture to the amazing people in your life."
Oliver Bonas Heart LED Light Bulb, £25
"To bring a cosy atmosphere to your bedroom this Valentine’s Day, consider adding light and love to your space with this gorgeous LED heart-shaped piece. The lamp emits a calming amber colour and gives a warming glow to any room. I also love that this is used with LEDS as they are more energy efficient and safer than having candles lit if things get a little steamy in the bedroom…"

Charlotte Tilbury Pillow Talk Matte Beauty Blush Wand, £30
"Blushing is de rigeur on Valentine's Day and thanks to these new liquid blushes you can create the perfect flush however you're spending 14th February. Like a lot of our favourite cream blushers, these are highly pigmented so a little goes a long way and though they are categorised as matte, I would say they have a dewy finish that makes you look fresh and alive. All 4 shades are versatile to different skin tones depending on the look you are trying to achieve and as a FYI Lizzo wore Dream Pop, a gorgeous cherry shade, at the Grammys."
Puppy Yoga Voucher, £35
"A yoga session where you literally cuddle puppies the entire time, surely this is the best Valentine's Day gift....maybe ever? And it's a win-win situation as it benefits you (releasing the happy hormone Oxytocin) and helps to socialise the puppies. If you’re not a dog person they also offer kitten and bunny yoga classes too."
Phlur Perfume Discovery Set, £35 (7x2ml)
"Perfume is the perfect present for Valentine’s day but it’s a tricky one to splurge on in case your partner or bestie hasn’t specified which perfume they want. A safe option is to buy a discovery set so they can decide their favourite. Phlur quickly boomed in popularity last year over on TikTok with its Missing Person EDP going vira (our beauty director, SJ reviewed it in our Glossy Picks Autumn buys)l, which smells like a distant loved one. This set contains 7 of their most popular perfumes, including my favourites; sweet Apricot Privée and the mysterious Somebody Wood. It's the perfect set for someone who loves to smell a bit different but also be part of the hype."
Never Fully Dressed Elodie Lace Bralette, £39
"Lingerie can often favour look rather than feel, but Never Fully Dressed have encompassed both in the design of this Elodie Lace Bralette, the gorgeous yet comfortable bralette makes for a sexy, flirty and cute look . I particularly love the ruffled shoulders, so chic. It comes in sizes 8-24, perfect to make you feel your best whilst showing off whatever it is your mama gave you."
Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille Honey Bath, £45
"Laura Mercier is known for its gorgeous yet simple makeup products, but their bath and body collection are an under-the-radar hit you need to try. This luxurious, bath time soak doubles up as a body wash filling your bath with bubbles and leaving your skin supple and smelling like a delicious treat which lingers. This huge pot of goodness also comes with a cute fun honey dipper for pouring. Enjoy the perfect spa experience in the comfort of your home alone or with a partner this valentines day and onwards."
£50-£100: Victoria Woodhall, GTG Editorial Director
Hourglass Ambient Lighting Edit Unlocked Butterfly Palette, was £78 now £54.60
"Every year, Hourglass brings out a limited edition version of its classic Ambient Lighting Palette in a weighty metal compact embellished by an illustrator featuring a mix of classic and limited edition shades of blush, bronzer, highlighter, and finishing powders. This one, from the 2022 Holiday collection (there are also very pretty elephant and tiger designs - although not 30 per cent off), is supremely giftable, and joyous as well as being vegan and donating five per cent of profits to animal charities. The Ambient Lighting Powder gives that candlelit glow and the blush a blendable cheeky flush. What more do you need for Valentine’s Day and every day really?"
The Drowsy Silk Sleep Mask, £60
"Ever since Trinny Woodall tipped me off about this, I’ve wanted to get my hands on it. I can’t sleep without an eye mask but I think I’d sleep even better with this silk cushion number that’s practically a pillow. It’s lightweight, also comes in a rather seductive navy and doesn’t dig in as you can adjust the velcro to fit your head size. It slightly gives off blindfold vibes, if that’s what you're into too!”
Mela Aeyela weighted blanket, £88.99
"I'm rather late to the benefits of a weighted blanket, even though I've bought them for my children, who love theirs. Having borrowed this one from my daughter during a period of insomnia, I'm now desperate to get my own. It comes in several weights and widths and is filled with non-rustling glass beads so my husband doesn't feel like he's sleeping next to a crisp packet. It's luxuriously fleecy on one side and cotton on the other and washable at 30 degrees. I'm going for the standard 7kg weight, which is heavy enough to make you feel grounded and stylish enough not to dampen the mood."
Me and Em Cheesecloth Balloon Sleeved Blouse, £75
"You can never have too many white blouses and this one from the Me + EM spring collection is sufficiently dressy to wear out to dinner (it also comes in black) but will serve me in the office under a chunky jumper or jacket too. This brand has 'multi-functional' in its DNA so you'll get plenty of wear out of this treat buy."
Tada & Toy Be-jewelled Huggie Hoops Lemon and Lilac, £95
"I have been wearing Tada and Toy ever since it launched, probably almost a decade ago by two school friends, then in their twenties. I loved how they used star motifs, gemstones, and animal inspiration (co-founder Tansy - 'Tada' - Aspinall grew up in a wildlife park)and always had something a bit different. Their earrings have strong fastenings too, so you never lose them. These huggies for pierced ears are made of 18-carat recycled gold vermeil with one purple and one lemon-yellow stone and perfectly embrace the curated ear trend for all ages."
£100+: SJ Corfield-Smith, GTG Beauty Director
Anya Hindmarch Love Hearts Charm, £150
“Designed to be added to handbag straps, keyrings or wherever you fancy being honest. This is the kind of frivolous gift that, if budget isn’t an issue, will bring a smile to your face every time you look at it. And being Anya Hindmarch you know the quality will be top-notch so it will last you a lifetime. Perfect for hinting at your partner or buying for a special friend."
Saint Laurent Heart-Shaped Acetate Sunglasses, £234.50
“I mean, what to say about these fabulous sunglasses? They’re YSL, heart-shaped and the most amazing shade of fuchsia pink; what more could you ask for?! Yes, they’re quite obvious for Valentine’s Day but how fantastic will you look in them when the sun is shining (hopefully) this summer wherever you may be.”
Jo Malone London Velvet Rose & Oud Cologne Intense, £106
“This is the rose scent for people who don’t think they like rose - and I include myself in that group. I often find rose-heavy perfume smell of Turkish delight (one of the worst confections of all time in my humble opinion) however this is something altogether different. There is rose in there, but it’s not sickly sweet or clawing, it’s sensuous and almost woody, probably thanks to the heavy oud notes it's been expertly blended with that make it heavy and rich. This is the kind of rose fragrance I can very much get on board with.”
Diptyque Tubereuse Scented Candle, £154
“Not that the excellence of Diptyque candles ever needs to be qualified, but if you have the budget to spend and it's a luxe candle that not only looks good but, most importantly, truly scents your home - not just when it's lit but for hours after - you’re looking for, then Diptyque is the way to go. This oversized three-wick candle has a burn time of 90 hours and the gorgeous porcelain jar is easily cleaned once finished and can be reused for all kinds of things. The scent is true Tuberose; slightly green and fresh with that warming, milky note to it that’s very comforting.”
Your London Florist Dried and Fresh Flower Arrangement, £120
“Flowers and Valentine’s Day are the perfect gifting match. But if you’re looking for something a bit more sustainable and with better staying power than ‘regular’ flowers, then this bouquet is genius. It combines fresh flowers - beautiful pink roses (so much better than red if you ask me) with small lilies - with dry and long-lasting stems, such as pampers grass and eucalyptus. Meaning you get the wow factor of fresh roses but once they’ve passed their best you’re left with a stunning dried flower bouquet that will last years.”
