L'Oréal acquires Coloright

L’Oréal continues its string of acquisitions with its latest signing

“L’Oréal said Wednesday it has acquired Coloright, the Israeli start-up company that develops hair fibre optical reader technology, for a long-term research program.

“Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“Tel Aviv-based Coloright will continue to be managed by Sagiv Lustig, its chief executive officer.

“The company will be part of L’Oréal’s international research and innovation centre.”
