Mortar & Milk


Mortar & Milk is about putting the needs of the customer first. We are solvers of skin problems and therefore never follow a protocol. The way we approach each and every client is what ultimately defines who we are and why we are different. No two people have the same skin type or skin issues, and therefore there is no set of protocols that will solve all skin problems.

Each client goes through a one hour initial consultation where we learn everything we can about the lifestyle of the individual. Pictures are then taken of the skin, and all treatments are based on the results of the pictures and the consultation. Our treatments include clinical facials, peels, dermal needling and LED light therapy, but the decision for those treatments are not made until after the consultation. The first visit can be long, but it is incredibly informative. We will teach you about your skin, and we work with you in creating your healthiest skin.

Our thought is always...where does the customer get the help that they need? That is the question we've asked from day one and to this day, that has never changed. How can we make the customer experience better? We wanted to create a treatment space that took customers on a journey, but we also wanted to have a retail space with brands we love and believe in.

Our space is based on comfort, home, trust, a feeling of calm—we even have a living room set up in our retail space. Our brands were chosen based on efficacy as well as ethos. Because of our camera technology, we will only use products that work and are therefore quite picky about who we stock. Our treatment technology is based on results only; if we can’t prove results, it’s not going to be used in our treatment rooms.
