Despite loving her previous role in the events industry, Wellbeing Specialist Akcelina Cvijetic found herself working long and stressful hours and consequently, eventually burned herself out completely.
This set Akcelina on a wellness journey and she sought new ways to look after her health, eat better and live well – and she loved it. Before Akcelina knew it, she made the natural progression to helping those around her before embracing it as a full time career.
Over the last 10 years, Akcelina has helped change the lives of her client list (which happens to span 20 different countries), by providing a holistic, 360° approach to therapy.
As stress and tension hits us from various aspects in life, Akcelina will work with you to break it down, using her expertise across Nutritional Therapy, Thought Field Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Life Coaching.
From looking at your diet to how you can prevent stress, she’ll provide you with coping strategies that covers lifestyle improvement, supplements, mind, body and spirit resilience. She also has a wealth of experience in skin conditions and anti-ageing, fertility and other hormone-related disorders, confidence and self-image and emotional balance and trauma recovery.
As if that wasn’t enough, Akcelina has also begun to set her sights on writing books on the mind and body and hopes to open a retreat in somewhere such as Thailand. So watch this space, we can guarantee that us Glossies will be the first to sign up…
