An all-round authority on fitness, Angie has a background in dance, aerobics and health club management. Her workout wisdom is regularly showcased on Living TV, Discovery Health and Channel 5 and you she’s oft quoted in our favourite glossies, especially on the subjects of yoga and Pilates both of which she specialises in. She advocates a mindful approach to exercise, and a class taught by Angie will lighten the load in terms of both physical and emotional tension.

With qualifications from The Physical Mind Institute of Sante Fe, The Pilates Institute and The Pilates Foundation UK, it’s fair to say that Angie is a master both in mat and studio work. Her Pilates prowess is equalled by her commitment and proficiency in yoga- she is a qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and has completed training and workshops in India and Maida Vale (she likes to keep it real).

As a yoga and Pilates ambassador for Sweaty Betty and a resident expert for The Sunday Telegraph’s Stella magazine, Angie’s know-how is in demand, but luckily you can book in for a class with her in North London for a taste of her savoir-faire.
