Once trainer to Ralph Fiennes, it was when Christina began working with women in the fashion business that it dawned on her that most traditional training systems didn’t cater to women’s body types, lifestyle, aesthetic or wellbeing. Of course Christina, being as driven and eternally curious as she is, decided to do something about this and built on her knowledge of exercise science and psychology by studying yoga, pilates and women’s health issues.
She incorporated her know-how into her training style and tailored her workouts to women. Top editors, stylists and women all over the capital have since benefitted from her results-driven technique (Katie Grand credits Christina for honing and toning her legs to perfection for her wedding day).
It’s not just innovative, figure-sculpting exercises that will have you looking leaner - Christina is also a student of nutritional therapy at Westminster University and partners with a nutritionist in order to create bespoke dietary plans to suit each client. She understands the demands on women and how tough it can be to juggle work, family and socialising, let alone eating well and working out, so she designs each and every regime around clients’ lifestyles. Her aim is to enhance your life, and her league of happy, healthy devotees can confirm that she does this with aplomb.
Keep an eye out for an exciting project spearheaded by Christina and personal trainer and designer Charli Cohen launching during London Fashion Week this February. This dream team is set to prove that style and working up a sweat are by no means mutually exclusive.
