Following a successful career as a model, Elaine studied for an MA in Psychology and trained in Psychosynthesis Psychotherapy. She is accredited by UKCP and is a certified Life Coach. She also does a fair bit of writing and is forever striving to expand the resources she can equip her clients with. From yoga to meditation to soon-to-come retreats, Elaine sees it as her vocation to empower every individual and help them to realise their own unique potential.

Elaine is in private practice with consulting rooms on Wimpole Street, London. She has been a consultant therapist at the Priory Hospital, London for the last six years and the consultant therapist for London Fashion Week for the last five years. It’s fair to say that she’s the go-to psychologist when exhausted models and frazzled fashionistas need taking care of.

Elaine’s style is intuitive, insightful, warm and intelligent. Coupled with her rich experience and in-depth studies she is deeply committed to supporting each individual with their specific needs.

Elaine’s Buddhist philosophy recognises that each individual is creative, resourceful and whole. She is a passionate advocate for ‘conscious living’; working towards self-awareness, wellbeing and balance within the mind - body - soul system.
