It was seeing a nutritionist herself that set Henrietta on the path to discovering the healing potential of food. Following a nutritional programme and altering her lifestyle worked wonders, and she was so impressed by the positive effects on her health that she quit her job and retrained as a nutritional therapist. Suffice to say that she is now an expert in her field, with a particular interest in women and children’s nutrition.

Whether you’re suffering from a specific health condition, feeling the effects of a hectic lifestyle, planning a baby or simply not feeling quite right, Henrietta will tailor a treatment plan to your unique needs and life stage. After taking a thorough medical history and analysis, Henrietta will advise as to food and, where appropriate, relevant supplements or tests that will nourish your body and give your health a boost.   • Roisin MacDonagh asked: Hi Henrietta, I exercise 3 to 5 time a week, I believe have a very healthy diet and tend to stick to 1350 to 1800 cals a day ( I am a vegetarian, I have plenty of greens, nuts etc ) However I really struggle to loose weight ( I would ideally like to loose 7lbs and have been working on this for over 12months now) When I do allow myself a treat ie glass of wine or a dessert I land back at square one and the weight piles on and more so, I feel 'trapped' by my diet. I believe it could be a slow metabolism, can you suggest anything to help me improve this? Or if you have any other reasons for this? I have had my thyroid checked and this is completely fine. I have been thinking of meeting with a nutritionist so your advice would be really appreciated Thank you for your help! R
