After suffering from candida and chronic hormonal imbalances, Jenna studied nutrition in order to help her to heal from the inside out. Eventually she came to the conclusion that the foods for optimum health were fresh plant foods - fruits, vegetables, wholegrains, nuts and seeds.
She refused, however, to believe this could only be done by eating boring bowlfuls of steamed broccoli (hear hear!). So, determined not to feel deprived while cleaning up her eating habits, Jenna searched and most definitely delivered on ways to make healthy foods fun, colourful and totally delicious.
Jenna has since gone on to found her blog Foods to Love which offers up great nutritional advice, ideas and recipes and also sits alongside an online store where readers can buy products free from wheat, gluten, sugar, dairy, and eggs and all the ingredients they need to make super healthy snacks and treats - which just so happens to be the title of Jenna’s cookbook that has revolutionised a new way of guilt-free snacking that packs a nutritional punch without compromising on taste.
Jenna also believes that each of us as individuals has our own 'perfect' diet and works with people one-on-one to help them to find theirs. She specialises in removing the 'blockages' to eating healthily that many of us hold onto - self-sabotage, low self-esteem, binging and restricting - to clear the path for eating well with ease.
