After graduating from St Mary’s University with a degree in Sports Science, Joe wanted to become a PE teacher but instead, he found himself running bootcamps for men and women in Richmond and Surbiton. One day, Joe decided to join Twitter and began posting motivational messages along with fitness and nutrition tips. Before he knew it, he’d gathered 13,000 followers within the space of a few months.
When Instagram began, Joe quickly signed up and has since posted quick fitness routines and 15-minute healthy meals, which he’s titled #Leanin15. The best part about #Leanin15 is that you’re able to download Joe’s workout videos and food tips whenever you like, for free. If you need any more persuasion, just take a look at his account, which is packed with inspirational results of those who have completed his 90 Day SSS plan. The SSS (Shift, Shape and Sustain) plan is Joe’s special three-month nutrition and exercise regime that costs a reasonable £147.
