Lucy Miller is a journalist, personal trainer, nutritional advisor and children's fitness specialist.
She holds fitness qualifications from NASM Training and Premier Training International and spent five years as the Fitness Editor at Health and Fitness Magazine. Since leaving the magazine, she has continued to specialise in this subject and when she isn't training clients and teaching fitness in local schools and at children's bootcamps she writes for top consumer titles such as Men's Fitness, Health & Fitness, Glamour, Top Sante, Zest and Runners World.
She’s extremely passionate when it comes to educating children about health and physical activity and is on a mission to combat the rising child obesity crisis in the UK. She works hard with schools and parents to make fitness fun and appealing, and she also encourages children to maintain a healthy weight by teaching them about nutrition and helping them to make the right food choices.
In her spare time, Lucy is ever the sportswoman. Once a national gymnast, having won three national titles, she has also run a handful of marathons around the world and loves to push her body to the limits with regular running and gym sessions, not to mention ballet, boxing and TRX. In short; she’s superwoman.
