With a degree in Exercise Science, a Graduate Diploma in Exercise Rehabilitation and experience working for the NHS, it’s fair to say that Luke is an all-round expert when it comes to achieving and maintaining a healthy body. Combine this with his background growing up as a typical Aussie playing more sports than he had hot dinners, and you’ve got a recipe for a fitness fanatic, not to mention a Pilates pro.

The genre of Pilates practised by Luke and the team at TenPilates might not be quite what you’re used to if you’ve attended more classic, mat-based classes. It’s tough going at times, but you’ll see results fast. Luke’s classes combine strengthening and re-balancing exercises for the body with other corrective techniques, alongside weights and flexibility training. In a nutshell, we’re talking traditional Pilates but with a hearty dose of circuit and weight training thrown in (yikes!). The music is also fast paced and upbeat to keep you motivated as you twist and turn your way to TenPilates perfection - definitely no tinkling chill-out tunes here.
