Tucked away in a little siding off the King's Road is Barrecore, one of the first barre fitness studios in Britain. Niki was a personal trainer and studied the barre method extensively before developing Barrecore, her own method of dance-based training. The music is fast, the movements are tiny and after a few repetitions, incredibly painful – but keep looking at Rein's perfect physique and you'll know why you're doing it.
