Best newcomer wellness brand or range launched Jan 2022 to March 2023
Gold: Love Liposomal Ltd Liposomal Magnesium, £31.99
“Liposomal supplements offer a greater degree of bioavailability – I especially love the magnesium, it tastes great, the bottle is chic and so many of us need more magnesium these days as in times of stress we burn it up faster," says judge Poppy Delbridge.
Best natural deodorant
Gold: Glossier Deodorant, £18
“A natural winner, I put it on first thing in the morning at 6am and it still lasted at 6pm at night after a day of workouts. It left no whiteness on my sports bra, the refillable packaging is stylish and the scent is great - fresh, not overpowering” says, judge Caroline Idiens of Caroline's Circuits.
Best everyday supplement
Gold: Feel Multivitamin, one off £33.90/subscription, £16.95
“This was a clear winner for clean, high-quality ingredients in good doses with no bulking agents, clear messaging on the website and value for money. It’s more than a standard multi, with phytonutrients such as spirulina, plus turmeric, reishi mushroom, antioxidants, liver support and ingredients that help the absorption of other nutrients. Great for nutrition newbies and anyone looking to support all-round health,” says, judge Daniel O’Shaughnessy.
Best eco hero product, range or brand
Gold: Bramley Compostable Refill Pouches, £14
“Bramley’s easy-to-use Refill Pouches could be a blueprint across the industry for how to offer refills in a convenient way for the consumer and sustainable way for the brand. Bramley’s refill system makes things doable, so long as customers realise they can't bulk buy their refills in advance as the packaging will quickly begin to break down – which of course it’s meant to! The brand's formulations are 100 per cent natural which gets a thumbs-up from me," says, judge Jasmine Hemsley.
Best classic wellness brand or product
Gold: Bach Rescue Remedy, £11.50
“Rescue Remedy is the most iconic wellness product, It’s always in my handbag, I don’t go anywhere without it. It makes you feel elevated but calm, whatever the state of your mood is,” says, judge Katie Brindle.
Gold: Dome Vitamins Iron Assist Chocolate, £21
“As someone who is always on the cusp of anaemia, I take iron supplements a lot, and this is a truly innovative way to make taking iron a really pleasurable and effective experience by blending it with high-quality delicious chocolate. It doesn’t bung you up like most iron supplements. Also contains vitamin C to help with absorption. Genius!” says judge Olivia Falcon.
Best oral care tool (tongue cleaner, toothbrush)
Gold: Curaprox Hydrosonic Pro, £175
“You get two for the price of one with this brush, not just an electric toothbrush but an interspace brush so you can clean in between your teeth. I like the really compact travel case too,” says judge Dr Uchenna Okoye.
Best toothpaste or tablet, whitener, mouthwash
"I love the novel idea of toothpaste without the plastic tube. It’s great for the environment - this is 100 per cent the future of toothpaste. Lovely fresh taste too!” says, judge Dr Johanna Ward.
Gold: Inessa Advanced Biotic Complex, £38.99
“This has the most CFU 50 billion of any of the products – I look for 10 billion minimum - and is the only one that has a beneficial yeast that supports the gut barrier to help prevent microbes such as those that cause diarrhoea from getting into our systems,” says judge Charlotte Grand.
Best vegan supplement
Gold: Nasty Vegan Super Shake Chocolate Flavour, £20
“Of all the supplements I tried, this was the most complete for vegans. The taste was superb and it mixed well and also provided a good level of protein, with the knowledge that you’re getting all the micronutrients you need as a vegan. It comes in sustainable packaging with no plastic scoop,” says judge Dr David Jack.
Silver: Betteryou Vegan Health Oral Spray, £14.95
Bronze: Bare Biology Vim & Vigour Vegan Omega-3 & Astaxanthin Capsules, £35

Bronze: Tea and Tonic Golden Milk Inviting Sleep Wellness Tea Bags, £16
Best skin supplement
Gold: Altrient Vitamin C Liposomal Supplement, £47.46
“Altrient is a hero supplement for both skin and all-round health. When people hear vitamin C, they often think about the immune system, but actually, Altrient's studies have shown significant improvements in skin health from taking just one sachet a day,” says judge Dr Sophie Shotter.
Best wellness drink, drops or powder (tea, coffee, protein shake, tincture etc)
Gold: Dr David Jack Relax, £76
“This contains a whole shopping trolley of useful ingredients to help you relax: valerian, hops, adaptogens magnesium, 5HTP and more. It tastes really good, it’s not too sweet, the packaging is very cool and it works out cheaper than your morning latte,” says judge Rob Hobson.
Best for brain health
Gold: Mushrooms by Grass & Co. Focus Lion's Mane, £24.50
“Medicinal mushrooms are the new probiotics! There’s lots of research on lion’s mane mushroom for brain health, healthy brain ageing and focus. I noticed the difference within an hour of taking it,” says judge Daniel O’Shaughnessy.
Best product for mood
Gold: Tea & Tonic High Spirits Body Oil, £39
“High Spirits Body Oil has active botanicals fortified with adaptogen super herbs which are of adequate potency to have an effect on your mood. Because of the fatty acids, it makes your skin look lovely - so you not only get an olfactory boost but a visual one as well. The act of massaging it into your skin gives an oxytocin (the love hormone) boost too. The olfactory nerve goes straight to the emotional centres of the brain. Of all the products this boosted my mood the quickest,” says judge Dr Tara Swart.
Silver: Tisserand Aromatherapy Restore Balance Bath & Shower Wash, £14
Bronze: Nest New York Wild Mint & Eucalyptus Diffuser, £56
Best 40+ or menopause wellness product
Gold: Peep Club Instant Relief Eye Spray, £15
“Low oestrogen causes dryness everywhere, and so many women suffer from dry eyes. If you are squeamish about eye drops or just want something really convenient and portable this is great. You just spray it on your eyelids to moisturise the skin and the eyes themselves. It instantly gets rid of that grittiness. I have one in my handbag and one next to my bed” says, judge Emma Bardwell.
Best for energy
Gold: Montgomery + Evelyn Energy Me, £19.50
“A really well thought through blend for mood and energy, this contains amino acids for making neurotransmitters that regulate mood. I like the addition of a probiotic as your gut health is linked to mood and energy via the gut-brain axis. It has B vitamins that convert food to energy and that deplete in times of stress. I like the sincerity of the supplement made by a British psychologist who uses nutritional therapy as part of her practice,” says judge Rob Hobson.
Best CBD product (topical or ingestible)

Best supplement or product for fertility/ pregnancy/post-natal care (can include body care)
“An easy and convenient way to get more information about your cycle from the comfort of your own home. It empowers you to take charge of your fertility,” says judge Charlotte Grand.
Best wellness skincare/body care
Gold: Wildsmith Vitality Body Oil, £45
“Being so busy and physically active, I need a product that is going to give me instant results and this does exactly what it says; it gives you vitality and makes you feel invigorated. It’s energising, easily absorbed really quickly and left my skin feeling so soft,” says judge Caroline Idiens.

Best period product or V Care
Gold: Flo Eco-Applicator Tampons, £3.60

I’m now going to buy the pads too!” says judge Emma Bardwell.
Best home wellness scent or home scent accessory
“Not just a scent but a stylish room accessory too. Sometimes diffusers look like they should be in the loo, but feels curated both in optics and aroma. Best for self-care
Gold: Spacemasks (original jasmine scented), £16.50
“Spacemasks are so easy to travel with – I use them without fail when I fly and they always get me to sleep. If I have insomnia or have been looking at the computer for too long they get rid of that hot redness and make my eyes feel comfortable again,” says judge Madeleine Spencer.
Best collagen supplement
Gold: Ingenious Beauty Ultimate Collagen, £48

Gold: M Powder Peri-Boost, £63.75
“This is more than simply a well-formulated health powder, it’s the chance to be part of an entire community of women and experts navigating the perimenopause and menopause, pooling wisdom and offering support with online workshops and events. Peri-Boost was one of the first wellness products to own the term 'perimenopause' and help this little-understood life stage become part of the mainstream conversation,” says GTG Editorial Director, Victoria Woodhall.
