We are seeking a proactive, natural salesperson who has a passion for amazing skincare and is able to deliver treatments and offer great customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Reports to: Retail Director

  • Main Purpose: To spearhead the development of our prestigious Liberty counter and ensure that the brand is superbly represented at all times. Develop excellent customer relationships during an ambitious period of growth for Aurelia.

  • Ownership of developing the brand and exceeding sales targets by providing exceptional customer service.

  • Driving the success of Aurelia facials by actively managing the diary and providing an immersive brand experience through outstanding service and excellent treatments

  • Identify business opportunities with a clear strategy and business plan for sustainable sales and profit growth within the key brand parameters.

  • Proactively grow our customer database to build on and increase customer loyalty

  • Playing a key part in shaping and delivering long term plan for the Liberty counter including the initiation of special events within store building excellent relationships with the Liberty management team.

  • Implement successfully all initiatives to ensure effective planning and execution including new product introductions and key seasonal campaigns.

  • Produce and deliver to annual sales budgets and provide forecasts that drive profitable growth with P&L accountability.

  • Working closely with the Aurelia team to implement a storytelling brand strategy that is customer centric providing an immersive brand experience

  • Attract, build, develop and retain exceptional talent who embody Aurelia values to ensure that excellent service is delivered by your team.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 Years’ experience in the luxury beauty industry in a similar role with proven success within a prestigious counter environment.

  • Skills and Knowledge: Passionate about service with a track record of successfully driving outstanding returns.

  • A natural ability to understand luxury consumers with knowledge of the Liberty customer profile and the emotional and functional drivers that shape luxury brand perception.

  • Commercially focused with strong leadership skills and ability to manage people.

  • A personable team player who embodies the brand and is knowledgeable about skincare.

  • Education / Qualifications: Qualified facialist.
