They are searching for a UK & International Sales Manager to join their team.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  • Grow existing business (retail and distributer) by 20%-30% Yr. on Yr. through robust account plans (which include detailed marketing activities)

  • Assist Head of UK & International Sales in generating new business when needed (to agreed targets)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish strong working relationship with existing partners over phone and email (and in person when possible)

  • Create account plans per partner to reflect joint activity and marketing opportunities and review on a quarterly basis

  • Be highly aware of competitor activity and marketing tools

  • Maintain regular internal updates on each account and progress

  • Maintain accurate agile database of contacts

  • Provide accurate forecast logic throughout the year

  • Grow existing business by 20%-30% Yr. on Yr via efficient marketing activities and product extension sell-in

  • From time to time, build territory plans that include competitor overview and accurate white space mapping of Dr.Lipp opportunity

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Minimum last 2 years’ experience in sales specifically in skincare

  • Must have experience with Boots, SpaceNK, Marks & Spencer in UK and worked with a couple of distributors

  • Strong analytical and excel skills

  • Fluent in English

Salary: £30-40k per annum

Bonus: 10% based on achievement of targets
