Omorovicza Cosmetics is a premium skincare Brand with a global presence. Currently looking to recruit a Business Development Senior Manager to accelerate top line growth in international markets.
Working closely with the Business Development Director, the Marketing and Operations teams, the successful applicant will identify, approach and manage new export accounts across Continental Europe, South East Asia as well as other territories where the Brand is not present yet.
- New Customer Reach – identifying new business opportunities and open new accounts (Retail, Spa, Online)
- Organizing events and Exhibitions - promoting the Brand and recruit new clients
- Key Account Management – monitoring sales order process and day to day clients’ requests and product order
- Competition Benchmarking and Market research – analyzing business trends and opportunities to grow top-line sales
- Reporting – update monthly sales tracker and monitor performance versus budget targets and KPIs
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- At least 3 years experience in the Beauty Industry is required
- Pragmatic and Entrepreneurial – the successful candidate will demonstrate adaptability to fast moving start-up environment
- Opened to diversity and team player – the successful candidate will be opened minded to the world and demonstrate a strong team spirit
- Computer skills: good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential
