Psycle London are a fitness boutique and wellness brand that specialises in a 45-minute full body workout on a bike. They are looking for an experienced Sales & Partnerships Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Head of Marketing to develop localised site and concept specific acquisition strategy to increase footfall

  • Immerse yourself into the local area and gain a thorough understanding of the communities and local businesses that we can tap into to drive sign-ups and repeat visits

  • Define target list and build relationships with current and potential corporate and brand partners to drive lead generation, conversion and retention

  • Develop phone, email and flyer-based outreach campaigns/track subsequent ROIs

  • Develop ideas for inspiring experiences/events that convey the brand vision and values. You are responsible for the planning of annual events strategy to drive awareness, excitement, acquisition and retention. This includes large-scale brand events to smaller, more personalised local events, speaking engagement and partnership activity

  • Work with the marketing team to execute experiences and events ideas

  • Produce partnership strategy to raise brand awareness and develop a new customer acquisition strategy per site/concept

  • Represent Psycle at brand and industry events

  • Work with the studio managers to execute local outreach initiatives

The ideal candidate

  • 3 years relevant experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills - the ideal candidate is outgoing, positive and energetic

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Demonstrates proven ability to understand larger PR, partnership and marketing strategy

  • Experience conducting media outreach and content creation for social channels

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent personal presentation and delivery

  • Passionate about health and fitness

  • Creative and strategic thinker

  • Problem solver, with an ability to deliver under pressure
