Hi Elle,
I recently tried out the 30 day challenge of the Super Elixir and then stopped taking it and although I noticed a difference when taking it I noticed a massive difference in not taking it and had to invest in more. Although it's expensive I love the feeling that I get from taking it and the benefits that I can see in my skin and body. Do you recommend taking it every day continually or is it possible to take a month break every now and then and still reap these benefits?
Thanks so much

Gluten, mostly pasta and breads have received terrible press lately. Do you really believe that gluten is so terrible for us if you don't have celiac? It just feels like we are demonising something we have trusted in since the beginning of time.

Hi Elle, what can you recommend for dull looking skin? I follow a vegetarian diet and never eat junk food, but my skin never looks glowing with health.
Thanks, Fiona
