Lean in 15 is about to become Lean in 30 - here's the lowdown on the fitness phenomenon's new project
When it comes to cookbooks, ‘prepping like a boss’ appears to be a mantra that Joe Wicks applies as much to his writing as his weight loss plan. The bestselling author has penned an impressive five smash hits over the last three years and has a new Veggie Lean in 15 in the works too.
Before his meat-free guide hits shelves this winter though, The Body Coach has given us another tummy-whittling tome to salivate over - Joe’s 30-Minute Meals, 100 Quick and Healthy Recipes, £20, scheduled for a 6th September 2018 release.
Extending his Lean in 15 repertoire to include recipes that hit the half hour mark, the jam-packed book builds on the eating ethos that his gargantuan following has already acquired a taste for - nutritious, tasty and stress and fuss-free breakfasts, lunches and dinners that easily slot into the working week.
A particularly interesting aspect though is that the chapters will be organised simply by main ingredient, to make finding a dish that fits in with whatever you have in the fridge simpler than ever. It’s designed for everyone, but in case you’re following his eating plan, every recipe will be labelled as either ‘reduced-carb’ or ‘carb-refuel,’ to suit rest and workout days respectively.
Tasty teasers that have been revealed include ‘Joe’s Sausage and Mushroom Pie’ and ‘Bang Bang Chicken Stir-Fry.’ Further details are set to be unveiled in the coming months. We’re looking forward to seeing what this new book brings to the table - and with Joe revealing on Instagram that he's plotting a new apparel line too, it seems there's just no stopping him...
