Dear GTG - I'd love the opportunity to talk to Dr Sam Bunting about adult acne. I struggled for years and years to become a happily healthy person, and always somehow assumed that my skin health would just follow along when that important detail was in place. Now I'm 25, finally have my live going in a good direction, and I'm happy. My skin is still really bad though, and it is feels like a visible emblem of the bad years. I've finally realized that I probably should be proactive about that, too, so some pointers from the Dr would be a great help!

I would love a chat with Andreas Wild for tips on how to sort out my dull lifeless flat hair out once and for all! I need a restyle but i dont know which styles would suit my face whilst giving me a well needed volume boost!

I would really love the opportunity to speak with Karen-Cummings Palmer. I am gluten, wheat and dairy intolerant, not that keen on meat and struggle often with my energy and immunity levels. I keep fit and eat a varied diet considering, but lack energy to the point of feeling exhausted quite frequently. I also suffer with dark circles under my eyes and have done so for as long as I can remember but feel that they are alot darker than they used to be and would really like advice on how to improve this with diet and not lotions or potions. Also have bouts of insomnia but other than that am a very positive and happy person.

I'd love to speak to Karen Cummings Palmer about eating to keep my energy levels up while also staying lean and strong! I run Buggyfit classes outdoors, am a personal trainer, have 2 small kids, a dog and a this weather I am mostly cold, hungry and a bit damp. I'm almost 40 - I look tired and despite going to bed early I crave sleep. I'm not daft about what I eat but no-one's perfect and I'm certainly not doing something right. Help!

Hi GTG team, I'd love to speak to Dr Sam Bunting about adult acne, what treatments are best and how to manage combination skin in all weathers and an air conditioned office. Richer moisturisers to combat these conditions and spots don't work well! Happy Valentine's Day glossies.

Hi, I'd really like to speak to Dr Sam Bunting about acne (teenage), including how to manage sensitivity due to treatments such as benzoyl peroxide. It would also be great to hear about which make-up she could recommend that is non-comedogenic. Many thanks!
