Tackle your core, waist and lower back muscles with the Reformer - a strange contraption involving a sort of moving platform with various bands attached that will help you to push, pull and lunge your way to a new shape. Because it's strength-based there is no impact, so Pilates is particularly good if you've got any kind of injury. Five sessions work out at £25 each.
