10th September: Gluten-Free Lifestyle Lunch at Four Seasons Park Lane
Unfortunately this event has been and gone, but you can read all about it here...
Join Sarah Vine, Amelia Freer and Madeleine Shaw for discussion and a delicious gluten-free lunch on Wednesday 10th September
With gluten related disorders on the rise and celebrities such as Jessica Alba and Gwyneth Paltrow giving gluten the cold shoulder, many of us are becoming much more aware of the impact that gluten can have on our health. For coeliac sufferers, gluten causes serious damage to the gut lining, but gluten can also be a contributing factor in other autoimmune conditions and could trigger or aggravate everything from acne to migraines. It's certainly not at the root of all health problems, but many people are reviewing their consumption of gluten to see if it makes a difference to their mood, wellness and energy levels.
Whether you're considering going gluten-free, have a gluten intolerance or simply want to brush up on your health and nutrition know-how, join us for a delicious gluten free lunch with the experts in the palatial spa space on the 10th floor of the Four Seasons Park Lane. Hosted by our very own Sarah Vine with talks and a Q&A by sought-after nutritional therapist Amelia Freer and food blogger and nutritional coach Madeleine Shaw , it's set to be one of the healthiest, most memorable lunches you've had all year! We can bet you won't have eaten a Virgin Mary Jelly Lipstick anywhere else...
Tickets are £50, which includes a unique and decadent gluten free lunch devised by chef Mario Perera (formerly in the Queen's service... nothing but the best for you lot). You'll also receive a luxe leather Get The Gloss cosmetics bag and an exclusive spa offer, not to mention gifts from the lovely people at Rude Health. The brilliant team in the kitchen have also created a takeaway treat box with handmade gluten-free goodies: complete with recipe cards so that you can recreate delicious snacks at home.
