Amelia Freer is a London-based nutritional therapist on a mission - to wean us all off eating ready-made, additive-crammed, mass manufactured brands and get us eating fresh, healthy food to provide us with optimum bodily health. Madeleine Shaw is a holistic nutritional health coach, blogger, healthy chef and all-round happy soul.
