• Bellatricks Ltd. T/A Get The Gloss, (“us” and “we”) is acting as the “Promoter” for this sampling campaign or competition (the “Promotion”), in which entries will be accepted free, without payment, via the below mechanism.

• ENTRY MECHANISM: To enter this Promotion, entrants must submit their contact details in the form above.

• The Promotion opens at 10:30AM GMT on Tuesday 16th October 2018 and closes at 10:30AM GMT on Thursday 18th October 2018. All eligible entries must be received within this specified time period to be considered.

• By entering this Promotion the entrant agrees to receive the prize(s) or sample(s) (the “Prize”) offered, if selected. The Prize will be shipped to the selected entrant by the third party brand involved, Murad (the “Third Party”). As such, by entering this Promotion the entrant agrees to Get The Gloss sharing their contact details, submitted in the form above, with the Third Party for the purpose of Prize fulfilment, if selected.

• By ticking the first opt-in box above the entrant agrees to Get The Gloss sharing their email address with the Third Party for marketing purposes.

• Murad will use the entrant's personal data to manage their order, for analytics and market research and, where they have opted in, to send them personalised updates. • By ticking the second opt-in box above the entrant agrees to subscribe to the Get The Gloss email database, and to receive the Get The Gloss email newsletter, which may contain content and promotional material from other brands we think may be of interest. The entrant can unsubscribe from the Get The Gloss email newsletter at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the foot of any Get The Gloss marketing email.  

• All entries submitted outside of this process will not be accepted.

• One entry per person. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

• This Promotion is open to UK residents only.

• 500 Prize(s) to give away as part of this Promotion.

• Get The Gloss employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion are not eligible to receive the samples.

• Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.

• After the closing time, the winner(s) (“Winner”) will be selected at random, from the eligible pool of entrants, to receive one Prize.

• Each Winner will be informed of their selection via email within five (5) business day of the Promotion closing time.

• Winner(s) should allow up to twenty-eight (28) working days, following the end of this Promotion, to receive their Prize.  

• By entering this Promotion, the entrant is deemed to have released Get The Gloss from any and all liability arising from their participation in the Promotion or from their participation in redemption of the Prize.

• We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated Prize with another Prize that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value.

• We offer no cash alternative for non-cash Prizes. Winner(s) must accept the Prize(s) in the form offered. Prizes are not refundable or transferable.

• We reserve the right to disqualify or not award a Prize to an entrant who in our opinion has not entered in to the spirit of these terms and conditions or the intention of the Promotion.

• English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.

• By entering this Promotion, entrants are deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
