Boasting a Mayfair postcode without the price tag, this salon offers women the latest, must-have beauty styling with a bespoke, drop-in service that’s easy, chic and super affordable. Originally based on the importance of enhancing and maintaining a person’s natural beauty, Nails & Brows was founded by Sherrille Riley in January 2012 after she noticed a demand for premium nail and brow grooming.
Hosting a highly qualified team of technicians, this beautifully serene salon is a world away from the busy hustle and bustle that takes place on its doorstep. The walls are lined with cult beauty products and soothing aromatherapy, whilst classic chick flicks such as Pretty Woman quietly stream in the background - a girl could easily spend her whole day here.
Most recently they joined forces with the quintessential British brand, Green & Spring, and created two luxury nail treatments to bring a piece of the great British countryside into central London. Not one for the lunch hour, this two and a half hour session is the most thorough and indulgent treatment the salon offers, and is the perfect way to wile away a rainy (or any) afternoon.
The first of the two procedures begins with the perfect pampering pedi. After nails have been trimmed and filed feet are soaked in a deliciously warm foot bath to help ease tension and soften the skin. Following this you’ll receive a thorough exfoliation using Green and Spring’s Exfoliating Body Balm - incredibly relaxing, albeit slightly ticklish, this process leaves your legs gorgeously silky smooth. Next the new Miracle balm, AKA wonder cream, is worked into the feet using the Nails & Brows pressure point massage. Deeply nourishing and hydrating this massage helps to calm and soothe even the most stressed out of soles. To finish, cuticles are tidied and a fresh pop of colour is applied leaving you with utterly phenomenal feet.
Following a similar format to the pedicure, the manicure begins with nails being shaped and cuticles tidied, an exfoliation and then a deeply nourishing massage using the Miracle Balm. The real fun comes with the luxurious paraffin wax treatment which can only be described as feeling like wearing warm, slightly gooey oven gloves - but it does however leave you levels of plump softness that even babies would envy. A choice of polish is then chosen to finish the look.
It is, without doubt, the Rolls Royce of mani pedi treatments - just try and keep it on the DL though because once this secret’s out we’re afraid we’ll never be able to get an appointment again.
