1. Skincycles and Bellatricks Ltd. T/A Get The Gloss, (“Get the Gloss”) (Skincycles and Get the Gloss together referred to as “us”, “we” or the “Co-Promoters”) are acting as co-promoters for this prize draw competition (the “Promotion”), to win the Prize (as defined in paragraph 10, below) (the “Prize”) in which entries will be accepted free, without payment, via the below mechanism.
Entry and Eligibility
2. To enter this Promotion, entrants must submit their email and postal address in the form above.
3. This competition opens on 27 March 2025 5pm BST and closes 12 noon on Thursday 10 April 2025. Open to entrants 18+ in UK & Ireland only
All eligible entries must be received within this specified time period to be considered.
4. By entering this Promotion the entrant agrees to receive the Prize (as described in paragraph 10, below) offered if selected. Product Prizes will be shipped to the selected entrants by Skincycles. No alternative prizes offered.

12. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
Prize fulfilment and disqualification
13. After the closing time, three winners (the “Winners”) will be selected at random by Get the Gloss, from the eligible pool of entrants, to receive one prize each.
14. The Winners will be informed of their selection via email by Get The Gloss within five (5) business days of the Promotion closing time.
15. The Winners should allow up to twenty-eight (28) working days, following the end of this Promotion, to receive their Prize from Skincyles.
16. We reserve in all cases the right to replace the stated Prizes with another Prize that we consider to be of broadly equivalent value if the Prizes become unavailable for any reason.
17. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes. The Winners must accept the Prize in the form offered. The Prizes are not refundable or transferable.
18. The Winner forfeits their prize and Get The Gloss reserves the right to select at random alternative winners if:
(a) the Prize is rejected or returned undeliverable; or
(b) their entry is invalid or they disqualified or in breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
(c) the email or postal address they have provided is undeliverable.
19. We reserve the right to disqualify an entrant or the Winner that, in our absolute discretion, could bring us into disrepute.
Limitation of Liability
20. Neither the Co-Promoters nor agencies nor suppliers involved in this Promotion may be liable to the Winners, whether arising from tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered whatsoever as a result of or relating to participation in this Promotion or the Prize to the extent permissible by law. No compensation for loss of earnings will be paid by Promoter for participation in any aspect of this Promotion.

22. By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. General Terms
23. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this Promotion.
24. By entering this Promotion, entrants are deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
25. The Co-Promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
26. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to amend or waive any of these terms and conditions, or suspend or cancel the Promotion at any stage, in the event of circumstances that are unforeseen or beyond our reasonable control (including suspected or actual fraudulent or misleading practices or other breaches of these terms and conditions).
