The Gloss Report: De-stressing aromatherapy treatments

When suffering from clinical levels of anxiety and OCD I found Tisserand's bergamot oil to be an amazing for de-stressing. A few drops inhaled from a tissue worked magic at calming.

Rosemary oil is brilliant if I'm feeling muzzy-headed. Again, a few drops inhaled from a tissue and the old grey cells are crystal bright (well, as near as I'll ever get to that happy state.)

And tea tree oil is superb at loosening impossible sticky labels. (Not a beauty tip but a great de-stressor!)
