Good news for northern beauty obsessives - Sephora is opening three new stores outside the capital. The first will open in Manchester’s Trafford Centre on May 16th, with two new stores opening in Newcastle in the autumn (you lucky Geordies!).

Newcastle will welcome two new additions - Eldon Square in the city centre and at the Metro Centre. Each shop will be over 6,000 square feet - ample space for aisle upon aisle of cult makeup and skincare brands to play with.

This will bring the UK total of Sephora shops to five. There are currently two in London, one west and one east: Westfield White City and Westfield Stratford, which opened in 2023.

There will be the classic Sephora favourites that we know and love, think Sol De Janeiro, Glossier, Charlotte Tilbury and The Ordinary - along with in-store services that cater to everything from quick Benefit brow treatments to Dyson hair styling and full glam makeovers.

What brands does Sephora UK have?

Among the 125 brands available, many are exclusive to Sephora UK such as makeup artist, Mario Dedivanovic’s Makeup by Mario,  One/Size a makeup range created by makeup artist and mega influencer, Patrick Starrr, Tarte Cosmetics, Ilia Beauty, Skinfix, GXVE by Gwen Stefani, and the brand that Nicole Kidman has invested in Vegamour.

Why should I shop at Sephora UK?

Well, there are quite a few customer incentives and loyalty schemes. First up a premier online delivery service which costs £9.95 per year and gives you next-day delivery on every order. Sephora UK also offers £5 for every £75 spent, ten per cent off two of your favourite brands and twenty per cent when it’s your birthday!
