During Adam Reed’s 20-year-long career, notable highlights include working with Madonna, opening four salons, and being a three-time nominee for British Hairdresser of the Year.
It all began in 1986, aged 13, as a Saturday boy in a local Somerset salon. Then, the Dalston-born stylist began working for the legendary Charles Worthington; making his name through a mixture of salon, session, and editorial work. Ambassadorships with L’Oreal, GHD, and Diptyque followed, and in 2007, Adam co-founded the award-winning haircare brand Percy & Reed alongside fellow hairdresser Paul Percival. Now pursuing independent ventures, his debut Adam Reed London salon opened in 2020 – with planned launches in Margate, Brighton, and Bath. His Arkive Headcare product line arrived in 2021.
