Dr Catherine Fairris

Dr Catherine Fairris is a doctor who specialises in aesthetic medicine – with extensive experience in injectables – and runs the Wessex Skin Clinic in Winchester, which has state-of-the-art facilities in discreet surroundings.

She completed her core training at The University of Bristol, before working in the NHS then switching into aesthetic medicine.

She takes a bespoke approach – centred around the needs of her patients and – and offers a wide range of treatments to help with acne, fine lines, sun damage, skin sagging, looking tired and more. Think: anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler, LED therapy, microneedling, hair removal and Profhilo.
